One of my favorite Montanans, Cyrus, makes the most delicious salsa. Apparently, the recipe truly originates from Cyrus' roommates' ex-girlfriend's family, but I'm just going to give Cyrus credit for this one because I like him that much.
Savory Salsa:
3 Tomatoes
1-2 Bell Peppers
1 Avocado
2-3 Limes
1 Can Corn
1 Can Garbanzo Beans (chick peas)
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Pinto Beans
Chopped Cilantro
Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper (to taste)
Mix together and enjoy!
